The USAMMC-K's Change of Command took place between LTC Butler, the outgoing Commander and LTC Meadow, the incoming Commander.
LTC Meadow served at United States Army Medical Materiel Agency (USAMMA) as the Director for Force Sustainment and then the
Deputy Commander for Operations.
He was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the US Army, Medical Service Corps in March 1997 after completion of Reserve
Officer Training Corps (ROTC) at NGC. In 2008, he completed a Master of Business Administration degree with a dual focus in
Supply Chain Management and Corporate Finance from Penn State University. His military training and education includes the
Medical Service Corps Officer Basic Course, Airborne School, Combined Logistics Officer Advance Course, Command, General Staff
College, and Project Management (PM) Level 2 Certification.
